The 14th Annual Bathtub Race, part of the 20th year of Hero Appreciation Months in Three Rivers, was successfully run on March 31st, 2026. This event, held as usual at the Kaweah Recreation Area of Lake Kaweah, drew 4 teams. The winner, Team Floats, completed the race first to earn the $1,300 prize money for their charity of choice, the Comfort for Kids Program.

Captain Blake Garrison and Paramedic Adam Bell were both honored for their service to the community of Three Rivers. This was part of the 20th year of the annual Hero Appreciation Months event. On January 30th, 2026, the event was held at the Bequette House, on the grounds of the Three Rivers Historical Museum. You can see the video of the event there:
